Our Lens
Tall Poppies Group specializes in converting ambiguity and growth challenges to clear communication and sustainable process. We have an ethical, collaborative, and transparent management style, and we advocate for others to adopt the same.
Tall Poppies Group was built with collaboration as a guiding principle. Mentors have been critical to my own success, whether teaching, consulting, heading a dorm, leading teams of staff, or serving as a senior administrator. I love to learn, and I love a tough challenge—and I know the value of working alongside experienced colleagues.
Like the rest of the Tall Poppies Group team, I now find it deeply fulfilling to coach, mentor, and train others. We have hands-on experience in independent school culture and leadership, and we are skilled at sharing our knowledge and insights.
We look forward to hearing your story.
